your first order using our secure online shopping cart is very easy.
If you would prefer not to shop online we also accept telephone and
mail orders. Find the information you need under Contact
Us. The following information will help guide you through the
online shopping process.
Finding Items
First, you will need to browse for the items you would like to order.
When you find an item that you would like to purchase click the button on that page labeled Purchase. Doing so will take you to your personal shopping cart.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
There are several different wood types available for many items we
offer. Enter the quantity you would like and select any options that
may be available for the particular item you want to add to your cart.
Click the Add To Cart button at the bottom of the page when you
are finished. Use the navigation bar on the far left to continue shopping until
your cart contains everything you would like to order. You can access
the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking Your Shopping
Cart on the top menu bar or click the View Cart button on the shopping cart pages.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping
Cart. If you need to remove a particular item, change the quantity next to the title to zero. The item
will be removed from your cart after you click the Recalculate button at
the bottom of the page. When you're ready to place an order for everything
in your cart click the Continue button. If you have a promotional
discount code you may enter it on the next page, then click Continue.
You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Shipping costs
will be figured into your subtotal. Click Check Out again.
Terms & Conditions
If you are sending artwork for engraving (logos, etc.), please read
the section Sending Us Artwork.
You must agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined on the check-out page
and click on the I Agree button. You will be taken to the secure
server (SSL), offering you the most secure way to transmit information
on the Internet today. You are totally safe entering private information
at this point. The reason you won't see the secure icon in the bottom
left of your browser is because the page you are shopping from is nested
within a framed Web page. The secure icon does appear at the top right
on the cart page.
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order being careful to fill
in all fields. You will receive a confirmation e-mail so be sure to
include your correct e-mail address and phone number so we may contact
you if we have any problems with your order. Click Continue.
Payment Information
Choose the method that you would like to pay. If you are planning to
pay by check or purchase order we will hold your order until it arrives
at our address which you can find in the Contact
Us section of this site. Click Continue.
We
accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or checks denominated in U.S.
dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank, and purchase orders. If you're paying
with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. If you
are paying by check or purchase order we will hold your order until
it arrives in our office. Click Continue.
A
final invoice showing your complete order with shipping and state tax,
if shipping to Kentucky, along with the total. Click the Submit
button after you have checked the accuracy all of the information you
provided. Once you've placed your order, you'll reach a page that reads
"Thank you, We appreciate your order". We will then send you
an e-mail message confirming your order which you can print out. Please
note that prices on oldemaster.com in effect at order date will apply
and are subject to change without notice.
Tracking Your Order

placed before it enters the shipping process, contact us at the information

Shipping
Olde Master Originals will make every effort to ship your order as quickly
as possible. We will ship in the most economical way, unless otherwise
specified (we will bill the difference.) Please allow three to six business
days for delivery of items in stock. Items ordered together are not
necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot
be shipped within thirty days, and you will be given the option to cancel
your order. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped.
Canadian and international orders should be paid in U.S. funds and will
be charged appropriate shipping expenses. A 6% sales tax will be added
for shipments to residents of Kentucky.
Returns And Exchanges
There can be no return or exchange of any item that has been custom engraved. Should you have any problems with the quality of your order, please call us toll free at 1-877-978-8837 or locally at 502-241-7045.
The United States Post Office will supply, at no charge, a triangular shaped
Priority Mail shipping box for protected shipping. Please insure the
package for full value and retain all your postal and insurance receipts.

Availability
Occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular
product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on back order
and we will notify you via e-mail. If you would like to receive the
item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for
the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional
shipping charges. Olde Master Originals reserves the right not to accept
an order due to the unavailability of a wood.
